Our terms and conditions explain your rights as a customer. Please read through them carefully. Our terms and conditions do not affect any rights you may have by law. Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions with BubbleBoo Jewellery. By placing an order you accept all terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
To order from BubbleBoo Jewellery, you must be at least 18 years of age and be able to accept delivery in the UK.

BubbleBoo Jewellery reserve the right to change their price list at any time. Any pricing mistakes that have been made will be taken into consideration when orders are placed, and the correct amount will be charged.

Description of Goods
All descriptions, images and any other material used on this website, are as accurate description of the goods that is possible on a website.
Pictures may be of items previously made, therefore your item may vary from the image provided.

Accuracy of Product Information
The intention of BubbleBoo Jewellery is for all the information on our website to be as accurate as possible. However, we can not guarantee the accuracy of all information on its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual. All photos are edited to the best effect. If you are unsure about colour or sizing you should enquire before placing an order.

Typographical Errors
If the product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, taxes or duty charges, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your PayPal account has already been charged, and we cancel your order, a refund will be issued to your PayPal account immediately for the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).

Terms Of Use Of Photos
The buyer may use any photographs on request. You must credit BubbleBoo Jewellery with a photo/link to the source of the photograph. The buyer must not claim any items in the photograph or actual photograph as their own. Photographs must not be edited in any way.

The total price of goods will be stated at the time of placing your order, whether or not the order has been confirmed.
We reserve the right to make adjustments to price due to error or omission or if the goods are wrong, whether the order has been confirmed or not. You will be informed of correct price and given the opportunity to cancel your order.
All prices are inclusive of VAT, but are exclusive of postage and packaging charges, which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.

All personalised items must be detailed within the options on our shop and it is the buyers responsibility to ensure accuracy of spelling.
Please make sure you check the wording and spelling carefully as all errors will need to be paid for. Errors on our part are corrected free of charge.

We accept all major credit and debit card including Visa, MasterCard, and Switch via PayPal. You must provide your exact billing address and telephone number on your order. That is the address your credit cards bank has on file. We only ship to the address provided through the invoice. Alternative addresses to those on your PayPal account can invalidate your PayPal buyers protection. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing the order.
Orders are only processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received.,

Availability Of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason, we will not charge you for these and will refund all monies paid for them. We do however not compensate you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

All prices on our website are exclusive of postage and packaging charges. These will be added at the checkout.
Products will normally be delivered within 2 - 3 weeks of clearance of payment. Orders during busy periods (Christmas, Mothers Day etc.) will often have a later dispatch time. If a priority order is needed please get in touch.
Prices quoted are applicable to most UK mainland addresses. Northern Island (BT), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highland and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE), may incur additional charges and may also experience delays in their delivery.
All orders are sent recorded 1st class postage with Royal Mail at a cost of £3.00 (subject to Royal Mail cost).
We try to deliver your goods within the time stated but delivery delays are sometimes beyond our control.
Any dates specified for delivery are estimates only and we are not liable for any losses, costs, damage, charges or expenses caused by any delays in the delivery of your purchase.
Should any delay be more than 14 days, you have the right to cancel your order and be entitled to a full refund of any money paid.
If an item you have purchased is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified and should allow up to 14 days for the item to be dispatched.
Once the order has been delivered to your specified address, it is your responsibility for said order.
Goods will only to delivered to the address stated on your order.
From the time of receipted delivery, your order, loss or damage to the goods are at your own risk.
Damages in transit, missing, or incorrect goods should be notified within 7 days.

Refunds and Returns
If in the unfortunate and unlikely event any of your items arrive damaged or faulty, it is your responsibility to inform us within 7 days for a full refund (including re-imbursement of delivery charges) or exchange. Please note, we may require photographic evidence.
Items missing from your order are your responsibility to inform us within 14 days.
Incorrect items are your responsibility to inform us within 14 days. Please note, any mistakes made on your own part will not be refunded or replaced.
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 14 days of the expected delivery date. All of our orders are sent recorded and we will check tracking information then refund 14 days after EDD if the item has still not been received. Deliveries that have been signed for will no longer be our responsibility.
Personalised items can not be returned or refunded unless there is fault on our part.
Orders can be cancelled before the making process has begun. If the making process has already begun, then no refund for the cancellation will be made. If materials have been specially ordered in for your item but no work begun, the cost of these will be deducted from the refund.
If you are not 100% happy with your item for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days. Please note, that this does not apply to personalised items.
It is your responsibility to return any item in a perfect, saleable condition with original boxes and packaging.
You are responsible for the return of the goods and any costs associated with returning your delivery. Any goods received back incomplete, damaged, or in a non-saleable condition, will not be refunded.
If you wish to return goods, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. We will supply instructions for returns. We will then refund you (minus postage) as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days.
If you do not return goods within 14 days of informing us of your wish to cancel, your rights will be revoked.
